BLiP 2011 - October 8th and 9th

This years Better Living in Portugal (BLiP) exhibition will take place at the Expo Arade Exhibition Centre in Portimão, which is easily accessible by car and train, over the weekend of October 8th and 9th 2011. Opening hours are: Saturday 10.00-18.00, Sunday 11.00-17.00. And, as usual, there is no entrance charge to visitors.
Exhibition space is going fast and everything is pointing to the 11th year of the Better Living in Portugal exhibition being the most popular event of the year for businesses to showcase their products and services to the residents of the Algarve.
Things to find at the BLiP 2011: car, furniture and furnishings, home decoration, windows, doors, kitchens, telecommunications, IT, pools, bedding, books and cards, healthcare, insurance, financial services, real estate, property maintenance, security systems and much more.
A special area for children, with professional carers, will be provided so that mums and dads are free to browse at their leisure. There will also be displays and demonstrations of dance, fitness and gymnastics throughout the weekend â€" amongst other attractions. Many exhibitors will be offering great prizes to be won and afpop will give away a 3 day/2 night holiday on a houseboat at Amieira Marina on the serene Great Lake in the Alentejo to one lucky couple.
