Toll collection on A22 - Stopped for the moment!

The on the 15th of April scheduled introduction of toll collect on Via do Infante, A22 Vila Real do Stº António to Lagos is off the cards at the moment.
As the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOPTC) yesterday announced that the current caretaker government seems not to have the necessary authority to adopt the necessary legislation for the introduction of tolls as a commissioned survey determined.
The decisions taken now by the center of justice of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (CEJUR), that the introduction of a toll by a caretaker government is unconstitutional (inconstitucional), can be revised earliest in June after the elections.
