displayed on the data base via internet. There is no legal claim to
the provision of this access. All specifications and illustrations are
exclusively based on the specifications made by the respective contractor.
Specifications given by the advertiser
Only the contractor/advertiser is responsible fort he content and reliability
of the given data. Besides, he commits himself to not transferring information
which violates the rights of third persons (e.g. personal rights, rights
concerning a name or trademark etc.) or the law. The contractor keeps
Algarve-Businesspage.info free from all claims that can be raised by
third persons in consequence of such violations. This also comprises
the reimbursement of exprenses caused by legal representation.
Caveat emptor and exclusion of liability

in connection with incorrectly transmitted information is excluded.
