AFPOP Seminar - LETTING PROPERTY IN PORTUGAL GETTING IT RIGHT
Many property owners wish to let their properties, whether long-term renting to residents or short-term lets to holidaymakers. But confusion abounds due to numerous changes to legislation over recent years, so afpop have again collaborated with euroFINESCO to present two seminars on the subject.
The seminars are designed to clarify a number of points that directly affect property owners:
- How do owners and agents fit into current requirements?
- What compliance obligations actually exist?
- What steps are needed to ensure that you are operating correctly?
Entitled Letting Property in Portugal - Getting it Right, the seminars will be held in two locations:
- Western Algarve: 3 April 2012 at Boavista Golf Clubhouse, Lagos: 10.30 - 12.30
- Central/Eastern Algarve: 4 April 2012 at Glenridge Resort Restaurant (near Guia): 10.30 - 12.30

The Golf Masters tournament at the Vale do Lobo Golf Club will take place from 22nd to 25th March. The event unites the winners of this competition from two of Switzerland’s highest ranking golf clubs; Domaine Imperial and Club de Bonmont, drawing them to Vale do Lobo and competing against the resort’s team for the grand finale.

Quinta dos Vales welcomes his friends to the 6th "Open Door" event on March 18th, Sunday, from 1pm to 7pm in Estombar
